Anthony had a great experience working with Gerardo the first time around so when it was our turn to look for a home Anthony refused to work with any other realtor. I am glad because my first experience buying a home was much easier because of Gerardo's help and expertise. Anthony and I contacted Gerardo in October 2016 when we began the search for our first home together. He sent us listings in the area and if a new property was available he would tell us right away. I was an out of state buyer and wasn't able to come to NJ to view properties. Gerardo viewed the properties on my behalf and video called me to show me all of the details. He was always very patient and had no problem spending 1 hour or more at a property to make sure I was able to see everything.
